Tiap orang mempunyai cara yang berbeda-beda untuk mengekspresikan kesedihan dan kekesalannya. Untuk saya, menangis sepuasnya sangat membantu. Di samping itu saya juga mendengarkan lagu-lagu melow yang membuat saya menangis lebih keras. Salah satunya adalah lagu dari Jason Mraz yang berjudul Details In The Fabric yang liriknya saya tulis di atas. Sebenarnya saya tak dapat mengartikan lirik di atas dengan lengkap, namun sebaris lirik inilah yang seakan menggambarkan keadaan saya sekarang

”If it’s a broken heart then face it”

Memang saya sedang patah hati (baca:cinta berbuah karma) dan saya memang benar-benar harus menghadapinya. Dan kemudian sebaris lirik lain membuat saya lebih tegar

“Everything will be fine”

Life must go on, saya mungkin bisa sejenak menangisi kesalahan dan menyesalinya sepenuh hati. Tapi saya harus tetap melanjutkan kehidupan dan berusaha untuk tidak mengulangi hal-hal yang akan membuat saya menyesal jika melakukannya.

Bait selanjutnya juga membuat saya lebih kuat untuk menghadapi semua masalah kehidupan

Seseorang pasti akan datang untuk menyelamatkan atau mungkin sekedar meminjamkan bahu untuk bersandar. Percayalah, selalu ada orang yang baik di sekitar kita. Pasti ada teman yang akan membantu kita jika kita menghadapi kesulitan. Tentunya selama kita baik kepada orang lain dan juga selalu membantu kesulitan teman.

Walaupun saya tak bisa mengartikan keseluruhan lirik di atas(memang lirik lagu dari Jason Mraz agak susah diartikan), namun saya tahu bahwa lagu di atas menggambarkan kecemasan dan keputusasaan seseorang. Tidak berbeda dengan yang saya rasakan sekarang.
